Successfully bought an eSIM data pack, pressed "Install" - no service at all, after changing some network related settings like APN and stuff according to their guides, still did not work, no service at all. Tried to delete eSIM and reinstall - eSIM gone, only shows in the app as active. Tried logging in from the website - account not found???? Like what the hell? No way to contact support without an account either. Contacted them via email address from Google Play - does not respond for a week.

Honestly, the Connect on Demand app is a total W. It’s lowkey one of the easiest apps I’ve ever used—no cap, the UI is just super clean and straightforward. I used it at a cooked stadium where the signal was straight mid, but I bought that performance boost through the app and my data was actually zooming while everyone else was stuck on a loading screen. If you're tired of your phone hitting you with that "no connection" vibe at festivals or games, this is literally the move for you.
