Like others have said, poor practical functionality. If my kids are trying to make a video call with the watch, a notification window with a decline and answer prompt shows up, but it literally will not make any sound, so if your screen is off or you're not looking at it at that moment, you'll miss it, it's not unless you open the amigo app directly, that the video call gives a ringing notification. How do you screw something up that basic?! The limited configurability needs to be addressed.

Reliability sucks. Messages don't work. It freezes. Right now I've spent 7 minutes trying to get it to play a voice message my son sent me. Now, 10+ minutes later after Uninstaller and reinstalling. It still doesn't work. that was over a month ago. my new issue isn’t the limited storage space in the watch for my son's pictures and videos that you can only delete directly from the tiny buttons on the watch. but the fact the app is SO limited, I can't even download videos that are sent to me.

The App is very undependable. The app doesn't work half the time. I have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work half of the time. Sorry, I'm going back to the Google Fitbit LTE for kids. It's old, simple, and reliable. AT&T doesn't care about kids and their safety with all the bugs and glitches it has. That's also not including the issues with the watch and its connectivity.vity.
