Ratings and reviews

This app opens to a featureless gray screen every time I open it after it has been closed for more than maybe 30 minutes. This can usually be cured by deleting all of my local data and logging back in again, so I effectively have to log in every 30 minutes. Most UI actions trigger some kind of loading screen. The calendar interface is clunky. With persistence, it is sometimes possible to rent a car using the app. It is also supposed to help you check out. I'm probably 1/8 on that working.

"something went wrong". please call this number. it is busy. call customer service , they are helpful but it disconnects. also, if all I want to do is edit the pickup time, don't make me go through half a dozen screens reconfirming everything. I can't tell if you sneakily changed something or not.

App wigged out on biometric login - bad stored session and needed a fresh password login, but was in an infinite loop of successful biometric auth - couldn't get to a password prompt until the app crashed. After I could get in, had to click through lots of "see out new features" prompts, like I've never used the Internet before and wasn't trying to accomplish something right now.
