I had to lower my review, because the app has had quite a few glitches. ex. telling me that my balance is as of a week ago. I need to check my balances now, not from a week ago. That is one example. As time goes on, I will add more.

Before BankRI merged with their new affiliates in Sept., this app had no issues at all. There were ZERO glitches, information was always promt and up to date, and there were never ANY issues whatsoever. Since the merge, it's not only NOT keeping my husband's banking up to date, it's USUALLY COMPLETELY INACCESSIBLE! Eight of the ten times that he's tried to open the app, it never even brought him to the 'sign in' page. PLEASE FIX, HE NEEDS HIS BANKING APP DAILY, AS DOES EVERYONE ELSE. Thank you.

Great Bank ! Great People !! I dont like the $.25 charge on each purchase. Some stores do not give you the option to use the card as credit. You end up paying 25 cents on every putchase
