Absolutely sucks logging in. You paste in the full security code. User input gets turned off but the app doesn't recognize that the full code is there so you can't submit and the only way you can get out is to swipe out of the application and come back. Multi-Factor authentication is so poorly done that it's not worth having it on. I select text messages as the method, I get the code, I enter the code, it doesn't recognize the code, it won't let me edit the code, back and submit are disabled.

since the last maintenance work done to the app it has been junk. It constantly crashes. So much so that even my phone requested putting it in deep sleep. When it sends verification code to text messages it will go back to the log in screen when you go to text to get code. If you make a mistake on password you can't just back up you have to start all over again. I guess some IT member needed to justify keeping their job and screwed it up under the guise of making it better. Try again BCBSTN.

When is the app going to be back up??? It's been down "for maintenance" for days. It's useless. My husband has it on his phone and can't type into the user name and password fields, a problem several others have reported. Judging from the reviews going back 8 or 9 months, BCBS just doesn't care if their app works or not. Good thing I had them send me a physical card.
