this used to be great but now they require you to buy specific items to get any rewards. all name brands and mostly stuff I don't buy, packaged convenience stuff. AI support said "Your SNAP boosts are currently locked because you need to redeem at least one item deal to unlock them" but didn't say how often. when I first downloaded it gave me 1% of whatever I spent, then it changed to a max of $1 per receipt, now this since January.

Sometimes it works, most of the time, it doesn't work. I'm tired of having to contact them for missing cashback. Even if you "Start a Submission", it only lets you go so far so you have to contact them anyways. Last time I contacted them, I never got my missing cashback, just told to submit a submission for missing cashback if it still doesn't work, which once again, did not work. Giving it 3 stars just for the moments it did work and let me cash out my "$10". I have cashed out at least 8 times.

The idea behind this app it helpful. But it is hard to redeem deals and you have to contact support everytime. Most of the deals I have tried are denied because it says it is the wrong item, but without a bar code scanner or a description on what items are included its hard to tell if you got the right product.
