Cannot link my card to the app. Keep getting the message of: 'information is incorrect. please try again' or something to that effect. I had it linked before, but it wouldn't update my balance so I deleted it and tried to relink to no avail. My info IS correct and everything is correct on websites and other apps. Not sure why I am unable to relink to Benny, but it's overly frustrating and I am close to being able to convert my points to a gift card, but it will not find ANYTHING.

I gave it four stars, but it's three. Linking accounts for automatic awards is a miss. Was excited Safeway showed up, but it won't link. Just keeps having me sign in on the Safeway page. Amazon worked then kept delinking. Now Amazon isn't listed. They got to get cash back from linked accounts working. Also some places let you submit screenshots or emails for online delivery/pickup orders. That be great, but Benny doesn't...they require a linked account for online orders which doesn't even work.

It's one of the most straightforward app that I've ever used. it's simple and in the couple months I've had it and used, I've already cashed out to PayPal and Venmo with quick transfers. first one over $10, and last two over $18... the team members will help if there are any issues with cash back rewards, and such. Great site, super simple app, and real cash back that so helps stretch your budget!!! Great customer service from team members of Benny staff. You won't go wrong trying it out 😁😁😁
