This holiday season, I decided to give the app another try after years of not using it. It seemed to work fine until today. It works fine until you decide to check out, when your cart shows empty. You can go back to the item and add it again, which briefly shows your cart total double in cost, but when you actually go to the cart... empty. The app had an update available, which I'd hoped would fix it, but no. Cart still empty.

This app was great for shopping, making payments, & checking on the status of service appointments until recently. Now, it crashes before it even opens. Even if you uninstall & reinstall, it still doesn't work. It crashes when you go to the website as well. This is extremely frustrating & very useless. Please correct the issue.

Was useful until a few days ago it stopped working. On phone App opens and when you try to enter into the search box you get a message "Something went wrong.... Back/Home". On android tablet it opens up to a blue background, no text or graphics. **Update** uninstalled on both phone and tablet and reinstalled, now both working. I don't trust it.
