I request people never use this app They offer slot and it is almost 2hrs late. I reached customer service through chat. I don't know why they are closing the within one minute. They don't even respond properly. The items very not at packed. I used my hands to grab the total items. They don't even provide mini cover also. Worst customer service ever seen

Honestly ridiculous, I've never been so frustrated with a first-time use. The order said 13 minutes, but the time kept updating, and I received it after an hour, When I chatted with the help desk and the app still showed 13 minutes. I've never had such a terrible experience with any delivery app. I won't use this again, it's a waste of time. The delivery people's attitude is on a whole different level."

Worst app ever. My order gets cancelled everytime after letting me wait for 1 hour each time for instant delivery(within 10 minutes delivery). It happened twice and now I can't place order again. The worst part is the reason for cancellation- requested by me. Are serious?? why would I order again and again the same product just to cancel it. I have call recording with the delivery partner that I have no intent of cancelling the order but still it gets cancelled and reason of cancelling is me.
