Biofourmis Care™ is a software solution designed to enable site agnostic care by leveraging software and data science to aid clinical care teams in monitoring and managing patients in the comfort and convenience of the home. Biofourmis Care™ supports several clinical conditions (e.g., heart failure, hypertension, diabetes) and spans the care continuum across acuity levels.

The Biofourmis Care™ patient-facing app is designed to improve patient engagement, display vital signs, and enable communication between patients and the care team. When the patient or clinician has connected the application to connected devices via Bluetooth, the outputs from these connected devices will automatically be displayed in the mobile app.

was good till the update signed me out and basically got rid of my details completely even on the literal websites. when I say forgot password on the app and the website it doesn't send the reset email to my email atall. worthless if I literally can't use the dang thing. put it back to the way it was weeks ago you idiots. fix your websites to while you're at it.

Very buggy, can't chat with my medical professional due to buffering. Preferred my older app (virtua GD tracker). That one I could track my progress throughout the week more easily. Id prefer the option of a table versus the scatterplot graph that doesn't make sense to me.

App runs in background constantly. 1.9.3.22 update broke the app (instantly crashes). Support email came back as undeliverable. The nurses have been very professional and helpful, though.
