This app is perfect for me! I was looking for an app that consolidated all my communications in one place. This app delivers. I have messages, what's app, email (outlook and Gmail), and discord. if you have issues with email accounts not authentication go to reddit and type in blackberry hub and click on the first link. It will help you trouble shoot. Basically you need to change to an imap email vs exchange. Love that this app integrates with the bb calendar app too!

As another user stated, this app used to be great. But now one of my Outlook accounts won't sync. The work/school Outlook account syncs fine, but not the personal Outlook account. And it's not a Microsoft issue. Blackberry needs to fix their app so it can be authenticated with Microsoft Authenticator. Samsung seems to have figured out how to do that. This has been going on for the last several months. By the way, Blackberry support has been unresponsive to this issue.

The app was great once, now I'm not so sure. My outlook account stopped working. It keeps asking me to authenticate and add a password to the settings. I tried to send an email from my gmail account and it doesnt go thru to send. I've added an app password but that no longer works for outlook or gmail. I'm paying for the app. But I might have to remove it and cancel my services. I realy liked how I can view all my email accts. So sad, If I could get some help maybe I'll keep using?
