About this app

Blue Digital by Blue Federal Credit Union makes managing your finances on the go super easy! With Blue Digital, you have convenient access to your accounts through your favorite mobile device.

Simply login with your Blue Digital username and password. If you are a first time user, simply "Enroll for a Login" to create your credentials to get started, all available right within the app.

HIGHLIGHTED MOBILE FEATURES
• See your balances and transaction history securely.
• Move money easily, transfer money between accounts, make a loan payment, pay bills, setup external accounts, or utilize Zelle® to pay somebody you know in near real-time.
• Manage your Cards, Activation, Travel Notes, Change your PIN, or Launch CardNav by Blue FCU for further controls & alerts options.
• Deposit checks utilizing the camera on your mobile device.
• Send and receive messages securely with Blue.
• Keep your information updated as things change, update your contact information with us.

SECURITY
All transactional data is encrypted and no sensitive account information is stored on your mobile device.

PERMISSIONS
• Location permissions are needed to determine your location in order to find nearby Branches and/or ATMs.
• Camera permissions are needed to remotely deposit checks.

The companion CardNav by Blue FCU app periodically collects, transmits, and uses geolocation information to enable features that prevent fraudulent card use and send alerts, but only if you, the End User expressly authorizes collection of such information. Geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background only while the Solution is being used or not at all, depending on the End User's selection. End Users can change their location permissions at any time in their device settings.

ACCESS
Deposit limits, transaction limits, and other restrictions apply. Access to Blue Digital is subject to eligibility. Some features are available for eligible members and accounts only. There is no charge from Blue Federal Credit Union to use the Blue Digital app, but message and data rates may apply.

What a horrendous app, yet I'm forced to use it. Thanks Blue! Once I can actually open the app the functionality is fine, albeit with the UX of Windows 98. Problem: the app shortcut randomly and magically vanishes off my phone, so when I want to open it I have to go into app settings, find the app, and manually open it. You're a bank yet you cant hire basic software engineers to make a working app? Figure it out. Outsource it.

The new UI on the app is horrible. Everything gets cut off so a quick glance doesn't tell you anything, transactions show up in a jumbled up order, and entire days of transactions repeat which is confusing. The old UI might not have been pretty but at least you could see your whole balance, the transactions were in order and didn't show up multiple times, and nothing was cut off so you could see how much a transaction was without having to click to open it.

I never leave online reviews, but feel compelled to warn others about the Blue Digital app. It is absolutely terrible. Transactions are not accurately displayed - some are duplicated, some don't appear at all. I can't deposit a check via mobile. The interface is terrible. Just, wow. It's so bad that I'm actually going to change to another credit union! That should tell you all you need to know about the app. Literally lost me as a customer.
