I had been using your app without any issues until I updated it recently. However, after updating, I have been experiencing numerous bugs. The primary problem I'm facing is that the app is not displaying caller names on my phone. Additionally, whenever I click on the "Find my phone" feature, the alarm starts ringing but I'm unable to stop it. The only solution is to restart my phone. I strongly believe that there are several bugs in your latest version, and I kindly request you to fix it.

Just like everyone, I was also excited when I got my first smartwatch. But slowly, I noticed that this joy of owning a smartwatch won't last long. How do you expect to work in the long run when you can't provide support in the long run ? My blaze watch will soon be out of support from the app, rendering my watch as just a normal watch. The sleep monitoring is inaccurate, message notifications are not shown, weather is also inaccurate. Music control was available after many restarts. Not good.

Using it for boat wave neo. Logging in is a big problem. Bluetooth gets disconnected automatically very frequently. Messages and incoming call almost never pops up in the watch. Moreover in case of incoming call, the call gets cut after ringing 2-3 times automatically which is really troublesome. Too unsatisfied with the app. Hope it gets recovered soon❗
