Disappointed in the features. my Child's watch shows their actual activity, but it does not transfer to the watch, only their steps do. I would also expect a lot more features on the app being a fitbit based on the fact I have a fitbit and all the things mine can do. I wish we could see when my child is most active, track their heart rate, track their sleep and also see conversations they have with others.

The watch seems to have a lot of issues with connectivity. I had an issue where I had to restart the watch because it couldn't remember the account that I set on it and there's a current issue with me not being able to contact the watch. so as my child left the house they were unable to contact me their support isn't easy to get a hold of either, so just imagine if your child is lost alone. Seems like that's what they want.

Hi, Emmanuel. Thanks for troubleshooting. Try to open the app, navigate to the watch's settings, and manually trigger a sync or toggle the watch connection off and on to force a fresh link. For further assistance, reach out to our dedicated team at https://goo.gle/contactfitbit

All in all, a great device to keep track of your children. very easy for them to use. although my child broke her first watch. we had to buy a second one. The reconnection process was terrible. on the app if you can't decipher between each watch. The old watch is still on the app and when the subscription was paid I was charged for both watches. now the new watch can't reconnect because it reconnected the old watch. now we can't get the new watch to reconnect without paying another subscription
