App is very glitchy. It does not show the messages in the history that are read from the notification pop-ups. Also, I received a call from the watch in the night when my kids were sleeping and the watch was kept to charge in a different room. The watch does not show that a call was made whereas I can still see that in my phone calls history.

The app is very minimalist, but I don't necessarily mind that. I just need to text or talk to my kids when needed and most importantly, check their location. Everything was working well up until about a month ago. Now it always loses their location. They can be playing outside the house and their location can't be found. They can text me back and forth just fine, but the app constantly attempts to find their location with no success, even outside a building in the open. What's going on?

I don't recommend this to any parent, especially if you don't have time to wait on hold w/ customer service for an 1hr, only for nothing to be resolved. We made the mistake of purchasing a subscription for a 1 yr, instead of paying a month2month basis. After getting it set-up for my child, things worked for just 8 days and then a glitch happened when it signed out of my child's account. I wasn't able to contact my child. This is very alarming. I would like a refund, please!
