The Fitbit Ace app is your home base for the Fitbit Ace LTE kids smartwatch. Use it to securely call or text message your child, see their location, check in on their activity levels, and manage their contacts. If you're invited as a contact, you can also use the Fitbit Ace app to securely call or send messages to a child's Fitbit Ace LTE smartwatch. *Fitbit Ace LTE device requires a paid Ace Pass data plan. Setting it up and getting the whole family was very easy. My only issue is that there is no integration with Android Auto. so while message notifications pop up on my phone and Pixel Watch, I don't get them on my car. Would be nice to be able like with SMS for Android Auto to read out the message and be able to use voice to reply/send messages to my kid.

Disappointed in the features. my Child's watch shows their actual activity, but it does not transfer to the watch, only their steps do. I would also expect a lot more features on the app being a fitbit based on the fact I have a fitbit and all the things mine can do. I wish we could see when my child is most active, track their heart rate, track their sleep and also see conversations they have with others.

Awful set up experience so far. When I try to put my credit card number in to sign up for the subscription, the fields disappear, all I can see is the save button and a disclaimer above it, and any numbers I type out don't show up. If I poke around on the screen, I can sometimes get a "Scan card" selection to come up. I can scan my card and the cc number and exp date data shows up, but I'm unable to type in the security code field. Why the eff can't I connect to Google Pay to sign up?
