This app is okay for the most part. My gripe is that once the device dies, the app does NOT show last known location like any other device does. The locator just says it cannot find the device. That is misleading. If the device is off or dead, it should show last know location. This is important for kids who lose things. Very important for lost kids, too.

Disappointed in the features. my Child's watch shows their actual activity, but it does not transfer to the watch, only their steps do. I would also expect a lot more features on the app being a fitbit based on the fact I have a fitbit and all the things mine can do. I wish we could see when my child is most active, track their heart rate, track their sleep and also see conversations they have with others.

The watch seems to have a lot of issues with connectivity. I had an issue where I had to restart the watch because it couldn't remember the account that I set on it and there's a current issue with me not being able to contact the watch. so as my child left the house they were unable to contact me their support isn't easy to get a hold of either, so just imagine if your child is lost alone. Seems like that's what they want.

Hi, Emmanuel. Thanks for troubleshooting. Try to open the app, navigate to the watch's settings, and manually trigger a sync or toggle the watch connection off and on to force a fresh link. For further assistance, reach out to our dedicated team at https://goo.gle/contactfitbit
