About this app

AC Freedom applied unique cloud computing technique. You can realize remote control of turning on and regulating the smart air conditioner through "AC Freedom" on mobile client. You can also check the working condition and set weekly timing. The interface is simple and friendly to customers which is only designed for specific home-used smart air conditioner rather than the whole production line.

works ok but had issues with getting it to connect at first and almost gave up then decided to unplug the WiFi module inside the unit the plug it back in after a while then it connected. there are also a few weird things about the app that I don't like the eco mode turns itself off after awhile in the app don't know if the unit still in eco mode but it definitely doesn't show in the app. small minors things after that but nothing serious.

The app is not connecting to the servers!!! I'm based in the Netherlands It keeps saying "failed to connect to the internet" even when both WiFi and mobile data are working properly. Sometimes it doesn't even allow me wo sign back in. This started happening yesterday. Fix it please! I'm using my ACs through Google home but their interface is terrible. EDIT: Went up for a couple of hours during the afternoon, and now 20:12 CET, is down again. Please fix it!!!!!!

We had purchased a mini split in the winter of 2025 and this app worked perfectly. It's now 6/2026 and we bought 2 more for other areas of the house and they Won't connect to wifi no matter what I do. The original one that was working fine no longer works either. Garbage app.
