App interface is poorly designed, including difficulty in selecting the pickup and drop off locations and unsolicited ad popups. Driver quality widely varies: some are good but others cancel after you wait patiently for them or fail to come to the correct location. One driver ran out of gas halfway through the ride, so I had to walk on the highway to get to my destination.

Fares are too now. When petrol was around 324, even then the fares were better than these days. I have been using this app for straight 11 months and the fares were too high like they are now. A ride that used to cost 300 when when petrol was 324/ltr, now costs 425 at minimum. And THATS the minimum that is shown that to rider will accept! I have stopped using this app as there is better option available! I'd rather take my car to work than to use this overly priced application for my commute!

I contacted customer support today after a horrible experience where the driver picked me up in a punctured vehicle and had no petrol in his bike. A ride that should've have taken 30-40 minutes max ended up taking an hour and 30 minutes. I was fasting and ended up with severe dehydration.i have been a long time user of their service and when I contacted customer support today,they kept giving the same answer to me instead of handling the problem. Never using this app again.
