Was a regular customer. But booked a ride recently. Rider said to please cancel it. Told bykea to do something about it. Hung on the phone with the guy about 30 min. They kept on rerouting me. Was using their coupon but they werent able to enable that back. No one took responsibility and kept blaming the rider. Told me do something on my own I booked careem. They were better at it
I used bykea 3 times and my experience was good... While many are complaining blah blah... So for them u should complain according to your country dont forget u are living in pakistan #peace
Seriously really bad experience Almost all of your riders are ready to take the ride regardless they are having a puncture or having lunch, then I'll have to wait or cancel and then pay the cancellation fee. Please bring some discipline in your riders like careem have.
I m not able to receive sms verification code even after 3 attemps. kindly test it properly before deploy. And put function of call if sms is not received
The service is good however I strongly recommend Bykea to provide protective gear such as Knee and Elbow pads along with the helmets of course for the safety of the rider and passenger at least. Will give a five star to Bykea when you provide protective gear to all. Service is great indeed just see this one important thing missing. Giving 4 stars, will change to 5 when you start providing elbow and knee protectors. Thanks
App is good but i found that map is not accurate some drop off location are not correctly found. I think Bykea should enhance their map in order to accurate drop off. It will be better for both Bykea and customer as well. Thanks 👍
