Ratings and reviews

App interface is poorly designed, including difficulty in selecting the pickup and drop off locations and unsolicited ad popups. Driver quality widely varies: some are good but others cancel after you wait patiently for them or fail to come to the correct location. One driver ran out of gas halfway through the ride, so I had to walk on the highway to get to my destination.

Genius Ideas , This app offers lot of services but Delivery (with or without COD) is the most used feature of this app I guess. Needed to send some stuff to a friend few km away and was able to schedule pickup and delivery in few clicks. Able to pinpoint 📍 pickup and delivery address on the map is a very good feature. Can also track the rider.

Bykea is a useful app with plenty of features. However, the user interface is cluttered and difficult to navigate, and the ride booking prices are higher as compared to other apps. Improving the UI/UX design for better usability and making prices more competitive would greatly enhance the user experience. I appreciate your efforts and looking forward to future updates!
