You guys lied to me and stole my 100,000 JPY worth apple gift card and said it was inactive i used cerescard before the app upgraded to Cardsoon , the date is 14th/05/2024 , i sold 3 card worth that same amount 2 was successful and the other one was said to be bad i just found out yesterday that the app actually stole it but they won't admit or go back to the transaction history claiming they have upgrade, now the won't even open the costumer service channel on my app they blocked it ,

I have been using cardsoon for too long now from carescard to cardsoon I was still with you guys, but I'm disappointed at how you guys handle things, I traded a gift card of $360 with you, and I was told it was used while no one else has used it, so how come it was used after soo many years and yet I've been frauded by you guys many times but I still choose to stay and trade with you, but I will no longer continue with you guys, I suggest, y'all find yourselves a better trading apps Nd vendors

I love using the app because it is first and it's allow you to redeem your gift card successfully and we draw it successfully you can still save your money inside. does this app have 2 step verification.
