As you prepare for your vacation, download the ultimate cruise app! Available on all Carnival ships.

Use the Carnival HUB app to share your cruise countdown with friends, then explore and book shore excursions, spa treatments, drink packages and more (restricted for adults). When the time comes, you may also check-in and obtain your boarding documents.

As you board your ship, connect to Carnival’s Wi-Fi to view what’s happening, weather, dining menus and more! Onboard internet purchase is NOT required to use the Carnival HUB app.

For finding out what was going on during The Cruise it worked great. The chat did not work very well at all. 90% of the time we could not communicate and there were 12 of us. I did like the ship's maps and the menu for the dining room. However there were a couple of times that the menu online and the actual menu were not in sync. I liked being able to be reminded of the things that I wanted to do. So all in all the app was very good with minor exceptions and that's why I only gave it four stars

When we uses the Hub on our cruise, it was extremely helpful. We received up to the minute notifications on daily schedules, shows, dinners. The Ship Map was very handy. The Chat function was a little glitchy, some messages were slow to arrive and sometimes, the conversations disappeared. I liked the My Planner function as we could pull our preferences from the lengthy daily schedules of events. The My Photos in conjunction with the Pixel Gallery, made it easy to sort and purchase photos.

The app kept me updated on what was going on onboard and the times and places. It also gave me a running daily total of what I was spending, since I was definitely on a budget. I could also keep up with friends that I was traveling with. Very useful app when exiting the ship, it gave me step by step instructions on how and where to exit the ship. I will always use this app when aboard Carnival Cruises.
