I am quite pleasantly surprised with how well handled this bank is for a Lebanese bank. The bank functionality in the app is great, but the user experience needs some work. The app is a little slow, it frequently takes a while to load some things. It has terrible notification categories, you either turn off ALL notifications and not know when money is moving in or out of your account, or you have to live with spam notifications that are incorrectly categorized as "High Priority"

The app does not let you keep "developer options" enabled on your phone. This is the only all that has this prohibition. I use "developer options" to keep my phone fast (to enable optimizations) that cannot be enabled elsewhere on Android. I also am an Android developer. Very inconvenient. Audi should bring their web account management back!

Appalling Customer Support & Unresolved Transaction . My money transfer immediately "expired" with no accept/reject option – a clear system bug. Customer support's "solution" was to reinstall the app. They still haven't canceled the transaction or returned my deducted funds. A system with a bad support team offers the worst user experience. It's unacceptable; canceling a faulty transaction and returning money should be swift and simple. Please provide a good training for customer support!
