A better app is coming for NH Healthy Families! Once the switch is finished, the current app will no longer be used, and all your health plan information will be available on the "Health Insurance Portal" app. You’ll get a message telling you when the change is done and how to get the new app. This will be shared through a pop-up message and link in the current NH Healthy Families app.

Ratings and reviews

Doesn't work. I can log in, but nothing ever loads. It's stuck on the loading icon. Reinstalling didn't help. I guess I'll check again in a few years.

I was loving it and then the earn rewards part simply stopped working. I had done the first two options before it quite working at the rewards options.

I love this insurance for my family and myself. They always make sure our health is good. Constantly checking up on myself esp when I really need them. I dont ever want to change insurance companies
