Worst customer service EVER! Only used them to get my retirement early, but they totally SUCK at everything else! When I called them to complain, they hung up on me after waiting on hold 20 minutes, leaving a voicemail, and calling back after not receiving a callback in an hour, and waiting on hold another 20 minutes, after being told average wait time was 7 minutes. Closed my account!

Do NOT sign up for this service. When your funds are deposited, forget about having access to them for days at a time while the have "system glitches." Customer service will provide minimal, if any support, other than to advise you to just wait the problem out. You are better off with any other option.

I did love the Charlie App and the service until I really needed them to fix a major problem .But still not heard from them about them fixing the problem . I have called Twice and messaged . Still waiting for service and respect of a call or answer to my needs .I guess we will see if no call or something before check day then I guess I will just have to find a better Bank service with more respect for there depositor then this one.
