Each time you do a transaction(e.g. transfer or deposit), the app becomes unusable. You'll get a "response timed out" error message. I'm hesitant to deposit a large amount of money in this bank. Upon checking with other users, a lot experience the same. I do not experience this with other digital banking app. Check the other reviews.

I'm not getting the OTP to even get started. screen says sent to phone number, hit resend, restarted the whole process twice. found out the first one was sent to my email and it expired in one minute. 2nd and 3rd, I didn't even get an email.

Locked my account with no way to withdraw money, account is blocked. Claim Funds says number unrecognized. Only support contact is thru the app but my login is blocked. Online web support just gives errors "something went wrong". No email address published anywhere for contact.
