Ratings and reviews

Each time you do a transaction(e.g. transfer or deposit), the app becomes unusable. You'll get a "response timed out" error message. I'm hesitant to deposit a large amount of money in this bank. Upon checking with other users, a lot experience the same. I do not experience this with other digital banking app. Check the other reviews.

After updating the app, i keep getting " response timed out" error. i cannot perform any app action at all. already reached out via email they keep referring me to contact their support hotline. Waited on queue for 30 mins each contact, no answer. Still unable to get any assistance regarding this until today. issue started last week of November. As of this writing im in the call queue for already 20 mins and counting.

BEWARE: just use maribank the app doesn't work 50% of the time, randomly has a hard time logging in- not loading, or partially loading the dashboard while stuck on an endless loading session. other banking apps are working flawlessly. the only banking app to ever have this problem, idk who their developers are- but a vibe coded banking app would've performed better. several months later and the issue still persists- login issues that doesn't appear on other banking apps lol. changing banks.
