EDIT: They quietly fixed it weeks later. | The app keeps crashing on a fresh install. After several rounds of back and forth with support, this is what they said in their latest email: "We recommend using a different device to access the mobile app." If you have a Google Pixel 7 (or possibly another device that isn't as popular as the market leaders), don't expect CIMB tech support to help you with getting it to work. They'll just "recommend using a different device to access the mobile app."

Overall the interface is easy to use. Personally, I haven't had any security or other issues. The only thing I noticed recently is that the app is really slow to open on my phone. I know it's not the internet connection because other apps work just fine. I hope you can limit the pop up banners when you open the app and improve the bandwidth. It usually crashes a couple of times before I even get to open the app.

This app is too stressful to access and use. I was trying to login into my account, and it says that the password I have typed is incorrect, when the truth is I accurately typed it. I attempted to reset the password, and now it says my number is not recognized by the app. Get better, and have your app bugs and glitches fixed. It is too annoying to deal with this. Worst app ever.
