EDIT: They quietly fixed it weeks later. | The app keeps crashing on a fresh install. After several rounds of back and forth with support, this is what they said in their latest email: "We recommend using a different device to access the mobile app." If you have a Google Pixel 7 (or possibly another device that isn't as popular as the market leaders), don't expect CIMB tech support to help you with getting it to work. They'll just "recommend using a different device to access the mobile app."

Can't receive OTP via phone number when linking an account. I have tried multiple times. That's fine tho, perhaps expected. But what's worth noting is that CIMB announced a 'better user experience' on their March 30 update, yet the failure occurs at the very first stage of the app, the onboarding. If the improvement cannot be felt at the entry point, one has to wonder what exactly was improved.

My first trusted bank as a new adult in corporate. I became interested at gsave and then this bank. It really helped me to focus on my goals to earn and was able to achieve it. I haven't ordered the card yet since this digital banking were so easy to use, smooth, and very reliable. I just hope that you will add more faqs about your products and more articles to read lol. Love 💓✨
