EDIT: They quietly fixed it weeks later. | The app keeps crashing on a fresh install. After several rounds of back and forth with support, this is what they said in their latest email: "We recommend using a different device to access the mobile app." If you have a Google Pixel 7 (or possibly another device that isn't as popular as the market leaders), don't expect CIMB tech support to help you with getting it to work. They'll just "recommend using a different device to access the mobile app."

I like the bank a lot but the app is garbage. Always slow regardless if your wifi or data connection is strong. Always on maintenance, you have to tap several times or exit the app and open it again before something works. You have to continuously uninstall and reinstall to make it work. So frustrating. Waste of time. Makes me want to move my money somewhere else.

Changed my phone when the old one broke, requested verification but couldnt go pass the photo because the photo always appear blurry due to the camera app limitations (not my camera because I tested it and it is okay/better). Could no longer have access to my account. Called the customer service and none of the inquires target my concern. Don't use this bank, there are better ones out there (This is the only bank I havent ever recovered access btw)
