Easy to navigate, make payments, and keep up with current deals and specials. Multiple accounts on one page is a big help, also. The UI is clean so you don't have to "look" too hard for whatever it is youre looking for. EDIT: I changed it to 4 stars, from 5. I did so because you have to navigate away from the app, to an actual website, then log back in to make a personal loan payment. Seriously annoying!

The Citi Mobile app is not as intuitive as it could be. For example, activating a new credit card is not as simple as it should be: a message and icon to tap on the home page. Tapping the 3-dot menu icon from the home page does not give the activation option, the user must first select "Credit Cards" from the horizontal menu, then use that option's 3-dot menu to find the activation choice. Why bury a critical but seldom used choice? Also, the speech recognition is virtually useless.

It used to be great, but now, most of the times it just stucks loading as soon as I open the app. I use biometrics to log in. It doesn't even pop to ask biometric input or no error message either. It just keeps spinning. I have to kill the app and reopen. Guess what? It is now stuck on the logo screen. Doesn't even show the loading screen. It doesn't open whenever I need it. Please fix Edit : followed their response, end up having "There is no issue on our end".
