I had problems logging in, as others have reported, but finally figured out why: the app does not allow spaces as part of the password. This is a bit odd since the website encouraged me to include spaces in my password. I went to the website and changed my password to not have spaces and was then able to login to the app. Developers: Please update the app to allow spaces in the password if you want better adoption.

I do not trust this bank. They allow all their call center reps to see your birthdate which is a big safety violation. They are taking loose security measures and that doesn't sit right with me in regards to an institution that deals with my money. I am trying to move away. I wouldn't trust them.

I am unable to access my account. What happened to my finger print sign in? This is annoying
