Sorry Zus for the 1 star but hopefully you can create a ticket to add a feature to remember to user's option to default to oatmilk. It is really a not just inconvenient but very distressing when someone that is severely lactose intolerant always forgets to change from normal milk. Thanks marketing, business analyst & development team!

Zus App is very helpful and convenient to use. However, I would like to raise a few concerns that have also been frequently mentioned by other customers, yet remain unaddressed: 1)Please consider increasing the number of staff at each outlet to improve service efficiency. 2) takeaway paper bags should be upgraded to a sturdier quality, as the current ones are not durable enough. You can do better zus.

Yes it has decent UI but the free delivery computation is stupid, says I needed to spend 125 more for free delivery but after adding an item costing 135, need to add 2.xx pesos more??? And I absolutely hate how you need to topup first to accept gift cards. I topped up 300 because there was a 20% voucher, but it was not clear enough that this voucher is for PICK UP ONLY. Not only that, you are FORCED to topup above your NON DISCOUNTED total if you want to use the NON TRANSFERRABLE Zus wallet. 1/5
