it was working very very well until the new update. the app crash and closed itself whenever I tried opening it. emailed their support team 4 hours ago but no response yet. Update: Thanks, V5.4.1 is working fine now. I hope you can strenghten your customer service especially via your email stated in the app store. Too bad i missed the check-in streak.

I do love the app, it's very convenient to have the app as ANOTHER OPTION (I know one store having it mandatory) for purchasing my espresso, with the addition of great deals in exchange for habitual app usage. However, I got a buy-1-free-1 voucher for cakes, that I could never use because the cakes are always at a 30-40% discount, so I could not apply it. What a shame

Although the app is convenient and able to collect points, but PLEASE FIX THE LOG IN. I am very disappointed because I cannot log in back to my account from my old phone to my new phone. initially I followed the log in/register screen, entered my phone number and the TAC, but then it didn't let me log in, instead it tell me to register. so I followed the prompt once again and then a message saying "This email is already registered." PLEASE FIX IT SO I CAN BUY MY COFFEE.
