it was working very very well until the new update. the app crash and closed itself whenever I tried opening it. emailed their support team 4 hours ago but no response yet. Update: Thanks, V5.4.1 is working fine now. I hope you can strenghten your customer service especially via your email stated in the app store. Too bad i missed the check-in streak.

The shop does not allow direct ordering and obligates customers to download and use the app. When I did, I was given a Buy 1 Free 1 voucher supposedly valid for 7 days. However, when I tried to use it later (with 2 days still showing as available), the app refused and said it was only for the first purchase. This is misleading, as the voucher is not truly valid for 7 days as mentioned. Very disappointing experience.

I stayed as an Elite member for at least 1 year and above, drinks are good but somehow today I found the free gift disappeared from my order when I picked up my order. Better take a snapshot when you purchase an order, else no proof for the gift box disappeared from your order if it happened. (out of stock, but the stock in the app seems like not up-to-date) oh ya, and spend more than 1 hour then only until my turn to talk with customer service. be prepared for the long queue if anything happens
