We love the food at Cowboy Chicken. Best chicken I have ever ate. But sadly, they have the most worse app. Stood at the register for about 5 min or so trying to pull up the app to get our discounts that we are suppose to use by paying with phone. Absolutely could not get it to work!! Then when it did come up then there is NO bar code to scan for the discount. If these things are required in order to receive discounts and points please get a website that works!!!!

Horrible app. Come on guys...it's 2021, and you can't give us an app that works? Everything about it is hard. It freezes constantly. You have to enable location to even get the order screen...like, who would know that?!?! I have credits stacked up in the app but yet can't get the app to work so I cant even spend my own money! It's just not even worth it.

Terrible app. I try to earn points, but it never works. App says error. My location is enabled, but it's still a no-go. Coupons don't work obviously. It's been years, honestly. Just going to remove altogether. We're in 2023, get it together.
