Downloaded the free app to try for free. Everything was very easy to do. Just simply fill out the information they need and place the order. Just waiting on the sim card to add (wish they offered E-Sim during setup). But will write another review after I get the sim card and see how hard or easy it is. I see a lot of negative reviews and it did deter me at first. But I think it was human error on setting their phones up. But we'll see.

If anyone knows anything about cricket it's me. I've been with cricket for going on 13 years now but anyways I have the 60 a month and for the entire 13 years I been with cricket absolutely no problems at all customer service is 100 percent ligit. Just one thing tho not about the service cuz cricket beats every company hands down but I Bought a phone off my cricket app and this was 2 months ago and not gotten it neither is there any record of me buying it.. help cricket. U been the best for 13y

Horrible experience! Can't get any help online or at store. Have tried twice to place an order for the trial. Both times advised it was successful. Neither time did I ever receive a SIM card.
