I've used this expensively over the years, but lately, each update has made the app more and more inefficient. Where is my electronic card - the single most important item for checking out and it's either not there or buried so obscure that neither I nor the store clerk can find it! Today, I wanted to check coupons, but 75% of the screen is a fixed Welcome note! The space at the bottom has the task bar, which is not movable! I can see 1 line of coupon! Fix it!

New version is pretty but logging out every time is obnoxious. Even when you select stay logged in, you don't stay logged in. The location of the ExtraCare card is not intuitive, color and location makes it look like a chatbot, not the most important thing in the app, and it keeps moving the Rx card to the front, which is very annoying. Filters do not work when shopping in the app. When you're a store brand shopper like me, I need to be able to filter out all of the competing brands.

Since the app updated, I can't always find my extra care card to scan to make a purchase or pick up medication. Even the employees haven't been able to find it when asked for help. The button isn't always there. Thankfully,I still have the keychain fob! Scrolling down through savings and then scrolling back up, the top part that shows your rewards expands and covers half the screen. Using Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, so not a small screen. Not very friendly experience. Frustrating at best now.
