it is Very Difficult to scroll and search for items when most of the page is covered by features that could be Much Smaller or minimize while shopping. when I shopped on line there were several items viewable at the same time until chosen. I do like that it saved my choices when I had to stop in the middle of my task, but wish it had saved my spot. so that I didnt have to start my search back at the beginning. PS: I am trying to shop again and the app seems worse than before instead of better.

Not bad. However, there is limited products listed. I do wish there were more products available on the app, it would be even more convenient to the consumer. I ordered & received cranberry juice however the bottle was damaged. There's no way to contact CVS to do an exchange and no policy listed in the app regarding situations like this.

over time this app has gotten better with the menu and how to shop on it. also it's much faster than it used to be. one thing I really dislike is that it doesn't give you the full amount, including sales tax, until the absolute very end. i usually have to go back and take something out of my cart due to the tax. i wish they'd show the tax IN the cart AS i shop.
