the app is very useful. Just scan what item you want and it let's you know if it's eligible. I did discover that some items that aren't eligible may be when you check out. I had several items that was covered that wasn't eligible. Also scanning can be difficult at times while shopping but the more you use it the easier it gets. Totally worth the savings

I don't like the new way to search. old way was better. Does not show shopping in the store anymore. big downfall for me. When I choose which store I'm shopping in, the app stops there. no options to look for products in that store like before. Some options in the app are improved but more important ones are gone. after more use, it seems to be improving.

Over the last 6 months, three of my orders got stuck after I hit the order button. When I go back in to try again, my money allowance for the month is gone, but no order is in process of being shipped and it says I used my allowance. At first, I thought it was something I messed up, but when it happened again I reached out to my insurance regarding this. They just told me I was out of luck and to just place my future orders on the phone.
