USE 'OTC Network' INSTEAD. The worst app I've ever used. Going back with gesture navigation will exit the app and the session. Select 'Order Online' and there's no app navigation. Support says to scan UPC in app for eligibility. As far as I can tell there's nowhere in the app to scan. Just electronic payment info. Online prices are extremely high, but they are forcing you to order online by not having a way to check products in a store.

I admit I was skeptical about this but I looked through the catalog, found items I needed, jotted down the item numbers and easily searched them in the app, added them to my cart and checked out. I had previously downloaded the app and signed up, so in my case all I had to do was update and it remembered all my information, and knew my new account number. the price in the catalog is the price that adds to your total. no additional taxes or shipping. and there are no ads in the app.

Great experience Eligible items is limited. But I find items that me and my children can use in the meantime. It's interesting on what items you might come across on the app. If the amount changes you might need call the insurance co. It helps when I dont got it. I never had any missing items sometimes a order might be delivered late. But I still get my stuff along with receipt. If you have any issues or concerns you can also call them.
