I absolutely hate this app!!! I have a rewards card along with receiving a benefit and there is absolutely no way to add my rewards card to the app and the app is extremely confusing and frustrating!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Awful!!! On wifi it ate 50% of my battery up and refused to load past the entering the email screen. I spent 1 hour trying to get into the app and gave up because it wouldn't load.

It's Incredibly easy to use just as long as you've allready created a previous account with CVS OTC with your Insurance Name. So must already have a the Emails and password set up, then when you download the app, all you do is use the same Email and password to log into the OTC app. It's truly simple and no complications involved. Be aware! There are no biometrics in this app, because the app it's still in it's infancy state. But it works great if your looking to place your order.👍
