I don't like the new way to search. old way was better. Does not show shopping in the store anymore. big downfall for me. When I choose which store I'm shopping in, the app stops there. no options to look for products in that store like before. Some options in the app are improved but more important ones are gone. after more use, it seems to be improving.

Over the last 6 months, three of my orders got stuck after I hit the order button. When I go back in to try again, my money allowance for the month is gone, but no order is in process of being shipped and it says I used my allowance. At first, I thought it was something I messed up, but when it happened again I reached out to my insurance regarding this. They just told me I was out of luck and to just place my future orders on the phone.

It's so incredibly easy to shop with your benefits on the app. The different categories are all listed with colorful photos. You can either scroll through each one. Or you can use the magnifying 🔍 glass to look up whatever item you're looking for. That might make it easier for some people. When you do choose an item to put into your shopping 🛒. It automatically deducts it from your benefits balance. Which is fantastic because it helps keep track of your spending. Happy Shopping!! 🛍️
