I'm not sure why, but for the past 6 months (or more?) the app sucks. it constantly glitches, automatically logs you out, &/or won't let you log in, sometimes closes w/ an error message, etc etc. i use CVS for the pharmacy and pick up monthly, so i want to take advantage of the trip and shop a bit also. the app UX sucks and i cannot browse weekly sales or coupons.

Prices listed on the app do not match shelf prices in the store. Everything is cheapest on the app, but In-Store pickup is NEVER available. They just want to charge you more for shipping. They refuse to price match their own app in-store. Prices in-store vary on location.... poor business practice. Truly disgusting. Their rX accounts on the app only work 5% of the time too.

The app has been working until now. I can't open any rewards showing only what is available on the card right now, neither I'm not able to open and look any deals. I'm using Android Samsung S24+ and all apps updated. App is useless now. I would give zero stars if possible. Update 3/28: installed app again, used once and rewards worked. 2 days later the same issue, can't open the rewards. I spoke with CVS IT dep and was told it's known issue with Android users that they try to fix.
