• DBS PayLah! is a mobile payment and mobile wallet service offered by DBS Bank Ltd. Monies in your DBS PayLah! account will be a deposit. SGD deposits are insured up to S$100k by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC).


• P PayNow is a peer-to-peer funds transfer service by The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS).


• NETS is a national banking payment system designated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).


• AXS is a leading solution provider and operator of an Electronic Service Delivery Network (ESDN).

Ratings and reviews

Unable to close account because the app freezes at the "Tell us why" page. Cleared data and cache, reinstalled app, and tried on different phone and app is still stuck at the same page. DBS does not allow people to close account at your own will via the app. This is so misleading!! I do not want to spend extra time contacting DBS via email or call. Please just fix the app.

App is very slow and crashes repeatedly while making payment. 7 years later and nothing has changed. App still logs me out giving inactivity as the reason. Dunno what the developers are paid for! Update Sep 3, 2024. Problem still persists after deleting the old account, and registering for a new one. App doesn't give any useful error messages and just times out upon log in. Utterly useless.

App kept crashing on my Google pixel 7 pro phone the moment I tried to sign in. It would show me an error page saying that I had timed out but I had just logged in. I wanted to link to shopee to make use of the voucher but I couldn't do so. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The same error (session had timed out) happened at step 1 keying phone number. Unable to log in at all.
