I only downloaded the app because there was an issue with one of my deliveries from a restaurant that used them, and I needed to get in touch with customer support. I spoke to two customer support people who looked up my order and didn't bother actually listening to what I wanted help with before disconnecting me (both disconnected me without letting me reply to the messages of them refusing to help me). Honestly, really shocking customer support.

Two drivers failed to deliver in one night. By that time the restaurant had closed. The first one posted a picture of a random door (we're one of two buildings on our street and it was NOT our neighbours) and the other just hit delivery completed without us ever seeing the order. This has never happened before with anyone else. I'm assuming the apps map system is malfunctioning. I will say that the refund was very quick and the help team were extremely good. Too bad I'm hungry. :/

Changing my review because since it was made, nearly every single order made with doordash has been a disaster! Orders are always messed up, dashers take liberties without contacting the customer, and then ontop of that, they charge crazy fees that don't make sense, and I literally tested this a week ago, there's no sense to it. Dashpass is a dumpster fire, and they purposely make it a brain splitting hassle just to cancel it. App doesn't function properly, so then you go to the website.
