Not so useful. I am at my layover and the app won't show next gate. It says I need to check in to previous flight but won't allow check-in on flight that has already occurred. (Which I did check in to before the flight). Better off just printing boarding pass and checking the reader boards at the airport. The app is a waste of time, clearly never tested and does not work with KLM partner flight's WiFi.

This app was fine until the last updated release. It's broken, as various info, verified on my account on the Delta site (web) no longer feed to the app. My Flyready verified passport? Nope. My name address etc.?Also nope. My attempts to address this with online support and emailing the email listed here for this app? Triple nope. No amount of uninstalling /reinstalling/ clearing the cache fixes these. Hopefully the low rating and review will have someone actually check.

I would rate it much higher if I could save my mobile boarding pass to My Gallery. It assumes one will always have internet access and that's not true. Saving the mobile boarding pass to a picture gallery solves that issue. Update: If I could give it a 0 I would. I just spent 1.5 hours making a round trip reservation BNA-SJU-BNA. It was a horrible experience. I was bounced off the site no less than 7 times with the infamous "oops" message. I was bumped an added 4 times. and need a more exp. $
