I don't write app reviews. But I will for this. I've flown Delta for 15 plus years and used their app, which was intuitive and speedy. I've gone about six months since last using it. In the meantime, someone saw that the app wasn't broken, so decided to fix it. Obtrusive pop ups; intrusive promotions; repeated (meaning every time) reminders to set exact rather than approx location, even though I set my preference in Settimgs. De-emphasis of utility. Emphasis on distraction.

The people at Delta have been FANTASTIC, especially the disability person. They really understood my situation and presented solutions other airlines just wouldn't. My only little complaint is with the app. I find it a bit difficult to find information that I need. Seems like there's always too many steps or ads to get to what I want. Also, no instruction provided at all with how to get it started.

Not too happy with this update. The new interface is a little cumbersome and not so immediate as the previous version. Also, it is extremely slow unload information and something gets stuck in it, to the point that I have to shut down the app and restart it. Larger buttons or rectangle are a waste of space, the previous side menu was much more functional
