App works well most of the time, especially for booking flights, however, upgrading when checking in has upgraded the wrong leg on two occasions (with no acknowledgement from Delta). Getting boarding passes seems to only works on Wi-Fi, not on cell service (frequently unavailable errors). 9These errors combined with a lack of acknowledgement of the problem downgrades the app from 4 or 5 stars to 1 star. I cannot trust it for anything but initial reservations, which I can do over the web.

Really gone downhill in the last 12 months from a functionality standpoint. For a while, you couldn't book or make changes to flights without the app crashing. Now you can't view receipts or recent activity without it crashing. The first few years it was phenomenal and the last 12 months have been nothing short of garbage.

The last two years of using the app has been extremely disappointing compared to the first few years I used it. The quality seems to have taken a big turn in the wrong direction with many errors when trying to book flights, pull up boarding information, set upgrade details, and more. This is a really bad way to set expectations coming out of the pandemic for what otherwise I consider to be the best airline experience.
