The Dexcom Follow App is part of the Dexcom CGM system.

Use this app if your loved one is sharing data from their Dexcom CGM app. The Sharer will need to send an invitation to allow you to connect after you have installed the Follow app.

Dexcom Follow is the perfect companion to your loved one’s Dexcom CGM, connecting you to those nearest and dearest to you, even when they’re far away. Through secure wireless connections, Dexcom Follow allows you to view and follow the glucose levels, trends and data of your loved ones.

Whether you have a child who is in school, an elderly parent who lives on their own, or a spouse who is going on a business trip, Dexcom Follow is there to keep you connected and informed.

With Dexcom Follow, you can:
• Monitor your loved one’s glucose activity at school or anywhere they go.
• Receive glucose information of up to 10 different Sharers – children, friends, or other loved ones.
• Respond quickly with the help of customizable glucose alerts and push notifications that can inform you when a Sharer’s glucose levels are outside the usual ranges.

Ratings and reviews

Unbelievably bad. Deserves no stars. A constant updating message then no data. Why is this so very poor?? Dexcom please explain why your tech department can't make this app work properly and why you can't offer the G7 app to a wider range of phones in the UK. Your response is not at all helpful. When "technical support team" is contacted they not only give misinformation but they give standard replies that don't apply to the issues being faced. Please make Dexcom apps work properly

Doesnt work for more than a year on Samsung s22. Ridiculous Update: admin below asked me to check their compitability check tool, where it says that Samsung S22 is fully compatible, but in reality app crashes immediately and showing a message: "Server unnavailable, please try again later". This keeps coming for more than a year......joke.

It is hard to rate the app any higher since it simply does not work. "Dexcom follow server unavailable, try to connect later" turning phone or wifi/mobile data on/off did not help, force stopping the app neither. Disappointing. Will gladly change the review once it actually works as intended.
