Ratings and reviews

I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app twice in 5 months. It'll say the app is having trouble connecting and then nothing gets it running again. After a full troubleshoot, I get the same error message. When I tell the app to try to reconnect, it immediately comes back with the error. This isn't what I want to have to deal with as a diabetic. Plus, every time I reinstall the app, it forces me to watch the how-to videos with no option to skip them. I have more comments but I'm out of space

Sensor constantly drops connection when only 2 feet away and will not reconnect. This is the 3rd sensor in a row to do this! Useless JUNK! Also, where is dark mode? The reading drops below 60 in the middle of the night because I'm laying on the sensor (it's not actually low) and suddenly my room is lit up like it's mid day! This feels like a backward step from the G6. The sensor is smaller but everything else got worse. Even with insurance paying for most of it, this is not worth the money!

Terrible experience. Graph is useless and not configurable. Draconian practices (e.g., can't take a screenshot). The sensor also takes 24h to calibrate, which means 1 day out of 10 will give you bogus data (like, 25-30 mg/dL *over* the correct reading) The sensor will also give you bogus readings if you take a hot shower. Or if you're a side sleeper and lay over your arm. Oh, and no way to manually fix them, or tell the app to ignore those readings / period. Regulatory capture sucks.
