This app is generally pretty good, but the fact that you are immediately locked out of the app until you update it is causing me to be unable to report a power outage in my area during a hurricane. My internet is also down, and mobile data has slowed to a crawl because suddenly, everyone's phone has to use it. So now my phone is struggling to download an app update, just so I can open the app to report an outage. This seems like a very poor design decision for an app of this nature.

A time waster at it's finest. I've tried three times to login to the app but to then get a link to the website to "continue the login process". With no indication of finishing authorization on the app. I just have to sign in again to view my account which just makes the app redundant. You get rerouted every time, it's just a waste of space, just use the website. I'd like to use the app but at this point it's just not functional.

I was having trouble paying my bill. The system isn't working correctly at the moment, so I decided to get on the new app and low and behold, I never had a problem with it once I found which app I needed to be on. I'm not the most TEC savy so I really needed help. Thank goodness it was easy!!! Thanks Dominion Energy for the extra help you've given me!!
