Ratings and reviews

Will not allow log in on phone so cannot set the app up. Along with not being able to pre book into a lounge with Dragon Pass what is the point of having and PAYING for a second class system, Not a Good Experience. You really need to sort out the app to allow paying customers to have a bug free assistant available. You Just have to look at how many people are complaining about it.

Something wrong with registration. I'm trying to activate my membership, but during registration, I can't fill in the country. Hence I cant proceed. I believe the app is faulty.

Perfect Lounge experience Have use this app on numerous occasions and have already purchased 9 more visits as its just so easy to use. Exceptional value too.
