Live TV stops abruptly and says "Oh no! No internet connection " while the internet connection is stable!! Catch-up does not have this issue, it plays uninterrupted. I've deleted the app, uninstalled it, no luck. Also. Everytime the build-up of sport is concluded and the live sport starts, it does the same. Soooooooooo frustrating. And the live chat agents just want to get rid of you when you explain this- refer me to my isp, but ALL other apps and devices work fine but they say it's my isp🤦

Hello, we’re sorry to hear that and we understand your frustration. Set the device date and time settings to automatic. If the device date and time are already set to automatic, switch the date and time to OFF and then ON. Clear app data - settings -» apps -» DStv Stream -» storage -» clear data.

I've been using Dstv stream since it was implemented without any issues, however, the App won’t work, an error message appeared on the screen “the App is not compatible with this device”. I restarted my certified MIBOX & un-installed the App, when I wanted to reinstall the App, it did not appear on the google play store. When I searched for it the following message appeared "Dstv stream by Multi-choice is not available on Google Play for this device". I never had this problem before.

Known for long to have a poor search function in catch-up. But recently the most irritating - on the same phone/device, one would exit a stream/live channel and want to go another (e.g. switch between sporting channels), then the stream limit message would come up. Why?! DSTV, you really don't need this considering your dwindling market share.
