The app works, drivers are reliable, customer service is excellent, BUT cabs are just too expensive. They used to have great loyalty program rewards, including a free ride after a certain number of points, but they gutted those rewards down to just €5 off for the same points, while prices have seemingly gone up. Not worth it, I'm switching to Bolt.

The app is slow, doesn't update on time, doesn't have an option to talk to a live chat agent if you have any issues. Basically build in house and not user friendly. The drivers are rude, inefficient, never on time and have lack of professionalism. Also the price of the ride can change based on nothing ? Don't recommend it at all.

inconsistent experience overall, wait times in app usually don't reflect actual wait times. the experience overall is quite messy if you ordered a cab with the intention of getting somewhere on time. something to keep in mind when ordering a cab. edit : forgot to mention, the push notifications are extremely annoying. they push them worse than an abusive ex that won't let you go.
