Ratings and reviews

You schedule a half an hour window to be picked up in but they're not required to pick you up during that time. it's just whenever they get to you. being that I am disabled and in a wheelchair that is not good for me

ui could be improved other than that it's easy to use. 1 out of 5 drivers will not show up so be prepared for that.
