I haven't been able to log in since August. (And today is 16.10.24) The app asked to update you latest version while I'm already a version newer than that. At the login page, after I key in my pin, the yellow ball kept bouncing into an infinite loop. I was reading some of the comments, someone suggested to uninstall and reinstall the app, and it worked. Maybe when the developer of this app test run on their side, everything works and they didn't bother to read the comments. Do try it and see

The app kept prompting me to reset my password but no matter what password I used, it kept showing the same error. "No special character or same password as the ones before can be used". Update: Went to KSWP branch and managed to get the issue fixed. The team at KWSP Seksyen 15 Shah Alam is very helpful and friendly when helping me. Kudos and other than that, the app works perfectly and updated with more features than the old one. Rating revised.

keep saying 'wrong password' in the very first log in, not once~ Can't understand n can't believe it is an important published by such an important institution. Can't compare to even any online game developer's log in mechanism which apparently did far better.
