el método de búsqueda es un galimatías y poco intuitivo. Una sugerencia: estaría bien un espacio donde ver las ofertas en paquetes sin necesidad de tener que elegir fechas y destinos.

Horrible, es mi experiencia con esta aplicación!!! Estaba de viaje con mi familia por muchas horas y necesitábamos descansar con urgencia. La usé por primera vez y reservé en un hotel. Al llegar mi familia y yo no pudimos acceder a la habitación porque la aplicación nunca te aclara el horario de entrada cuando haces la reserva. Me siento estafada. Tomaron mi dinero y nunca pude descansar.

Hice dos preservaciónes, las cuales cancele la primera por fecha errada y la segunda por que el hotel no tenía estacionamiento. Y me cobraron las dos reservaciones, para eso mejor uso el método antiguo de llegar al hotel y preguntar. No volveré a usar la app
