The people at the hiring agency are awesome but this app is terrible. It takes so long to load. I actually try to open it up 30 minutes before my shift. Today, it's telling me that I don't have a job with the agency and that it can't connect to the Internet, blaming my phone being on Airplane Mode. Funny. My phone was not. When you submit your timesheet, it tells you that it hasn't been submitted but it has. A great examples as to why we don't need to go full-on digital.

This app is downright frustrating. I have no problem doing my time for the work week, however, navigating it sucks and when it comes time to submit my time card, it gives me a "failed to submit time card" error. And when it doesn't give me that error, it doesn't let me know "time card submitted." It still tells me need to submit time card, even though I've made so many submitted attempts. Lord knows how many submissions they got from me, if they went through! I'm happy with Express; not the app!

Express is a great place to work..that said whomever was hired to build this app should be fired and a new app built from the ground up. It doesnt save any setting such as distance from location. Doesnt save availability or any edits to the application. I updated my profile and availability and sent it to the local office (which I was standing in at the time) and it never went through. You are better off just calling or going into the branch to make sure your information gets there.
