The app does not open at all and it's really hindering my daily routine as I need to make payments, and the app fails me at those crucial moments. I've contacted them about it but I did not get any response either. It works very occasionally and stops altogether most of the time. And the bank charges us for using the mobile banking app that DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.

Probably the worst mobile banking application I have ever used. It's been almost a week I'm facing problem with login and it's not fixed yet?? We're not paying mobile banking charges to experience your system error most of the time. And there you are without any shame encouraging your customers to use mobile banking while 70% of the time we're facing problems with online transactions and log in. First fix your bugs!!!😡

If there is an option to give a zero star rating, i will definitely give it a zero star. It is the worst banking app ever i have used. Generally most of times, it shows a server error when i login. If it suceeded to login once by chance, then it takes a long time to transact or even it gets failed to transact. How could you dare to charge annual fee on this worst service? When will you update your app? Please let me know. Once see other banking apps developed by same company.
