Ratings and reviews

It's bare bones and doesn't work well with smart phone features. Don't use this to reach out to someone you're not friends with. They won't get the message. Like Marketplace, it should be a separate message box in the feed with unknown people. As is, it's hidden with no notifications. Also, finding pictures to send is ridiculously complicated. You have to navigate multiple times to find your native folders, since it shows every pic to scroll through. Shocking bad for Meta.

I don't like is that I can no longer create group text messages in a simple way, they made it more difficult to use as a texting app, and that is what I mainly use it for texting, also I'd rather like a setting that let's me search just for phone numbers rather than Facebook friends as well. I like the app because it's nice to have texts and Facebook messages together. 6/24 dislike that I cannot send FB memories through app anymore. Says unable to send on this app version with no new updates.

Messages aren't sending, it isn't letting me open up attachments people send me, I'm not receiving messages unless I open the app and refresh it. This has been going on off and on for months now. 7/14/24 update- Still having the same issues. Messages aren't syncing across devices and constantly getting a "Waiting for this message. This may take awhile." message instead of sending my message or receiving what they sent me. Horrible!!! Please fix.
