Spent 3 hours trying to set up the app. So frustrating ! My phone is a new flagship Samsung s22ultra and the app simply wont progress past “instal update” which is apparently needed to progress with the setup. It continuously returns “We ran into a system error”. Over and over. Iv been troubleshooting for hours and it Keeps just saying this. Infuriating. I was so excited about this product, but this is incredibly deflating.

Latest update of App is asking me to connect new glasses. Won't let me reconnect the pair I've been using pre-update because they are already registered. CAN'T LOG OUT of the App from that home screen - only option is to connect new glasses. Don't want to factory reset the glasses or delete/redownload the App because I don't want to lose old photos and videos. Proper dead end stitch up. Update: had 60days to load in. All photos including first holiday with partner are completely gone. Ruthless.

Hi, if you haven't already, please log in with your Facebook account to migrate to a Meta account. If you have already completed the migration, please double-check that you are using the same Meta account that you used to initially pair your glasses. This will ensure a smooth experience without the need for a factory reset of your glasses.

Update issues After the latest update call volume is really low. AI can barely be heard outdoors. The setting got adjusting volume for the AI is no longer in the app. The glasses are basically unusable outdoors or in loud environments. To be clear, this is a new issue. The glasses used to be loud enough, but now they're whisper quiet. This is after swiping and looking at audio settings.
