Whether you’re out adventuring in your Ram vehicle, relaxing in the comfort of your home, or just about anywhere else, the new Ram app lets you stay in touch and helps you stay in control of your vehicle like never before. Need to contact your dealer? No problem, use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security, and more, all combining to provide new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve. Some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including the Wear OS watch. Wear OS watch app is a companion app to the mobile app.

Still zero stars. Mopar app has all three of my Mopar vehicles and their maintenance history. The app wants me to "upgrade" to individual apps for each vehicle, but none of the maintenance records transfer. The idea of an so for my vehicles maintenance with owners manuals baked in is great, but the execution is a complete strikeout. Blank white screen. Reinstalled with no change.

Don't buy a Ram for the advertised abilities of the app or 12" screen. MyRam has never worked. Checking recalls is the only thing I've found functional. I can't even do that without paying a subscription now. This is supposed to be features on a $75k truck, it's never worked well and it's not worth a dime. 12" screen is only useful on the top half to use Android Auto (great app that doesn't display full screen). Map is worthless. The GPS thinks I'm in Wisconsin when I'm in Kansas City.

It hardly ever updates. I filled up 3-4 days ago and it still shows my fuel level prior to fill up. I can't believe this is supposed to be a paid subscription after my 3 month trial. I definitely wouldn't spend that much, it should be free or maybe $3/month. Unrelated to the app but I also can't stand the remote start on the remote, my 2016 F-150 would blink a green light to let you know it actually started. This 2022 Ram only starts maybe half the time I try to use it and gives no notification.
