Not Registered for Online Account Manger?

If you’re not registered for Online Account Manager then no problem! Download the app and click ‘Register for Online Account Manager’. You’ll need the following details to hand:

• Last name
• Date of birth
• Postcode
• Your card details OR your account number

Aqua is a great and easy to manage, after being with them for years I would highly recommend having an account. but..I updated the app last night and now I can't access my account, the biometric login was disabled and it is asking for me to input numbers from a 6 digit number passcode which is a problem as my password is 8 letters. I tried resetting the code but my new code was also flagging as incorrect, I tried to reset the code again but it failed due to apparently incorrect information.

I know that most people will think that the TV adverts for Aqua are a load of old bxll!, but Aqua card came at exactly the right time for me. I know the concept is to be good, learn lots of lessons about credit and then float off to another provider leaving Aqua behind. Well be careful what you wish for. I had a credit card with another lender for >20 years and all of a sudden the goalposts moved. No communication, nada. Just used Aqua to get rid, no muss, no fuss. I'll stick with Aqua.

I love aqua I use it for everything from big purchases to small! I would never change my credit card as I have never had a problem. And I have been a member for years. thanks aqua for a great service 😘
