Decent app that's easy to navigate. Has all the expected functions and a helpful assistant to help management. The personal credit score shows what impacts this both positively and negatively. Accept payment of card by bank debit card, fast payment and direct debit.

Latest update breaks the app. Stuck in a login cycle. Just processes through, sends pass code via text then loops back to the start again. Unusable.

interest rates are astounding! Will never use this company again! If you only pay your minimum payment they start sending you threats re "Persistent debt", when it's their fault because of their interest rates!

Hi Jayne , we're sorry you feel this way. Interest is calculated on a daily basis on your daily balance. This can be reduced by reducing the balance on the accoun. I'm sorry to hear you find the notifications regarding Persistent debt as a threat. This is requirement from the FCA and are to inform you that this is expensive way to borrow money. -JJ
