The app is basically useless you have to jump through hoops to get access to mobile deposits transfer money or pay bills and literally can't do anything except check your balance without someone in management giving you the okay and approval

It's HORRIBLE... for so long I keep changing my password (because it'll tell me it's invalid) and I even started writing it down and it still says it's an INVALID password!!! When it's NOT!! IAM SICK OF HAVING TO CHANGE IT! Also it doesn't let you see the password as you're typing. And you can't even go back a full 30 days to check your account. Also you CANT reset your PW wo calling the bank even though it says u can through email.
